Terms and Conditions

1. Personal use only, for commercial use please discuss first.
2. Slots according to queue.
3. Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks per artwork.
4. Max 2 characters in 1 canvas.
5. Minor revision max 3x during sketch. There will be an extra charge if there's more revisions.
6. All the price is the base price. I'll charge more for complex design.
7. Simple background (solid color/gradient) are free.
8. Full payment after I accept the references (upfront).
9. For international payment (USD) via PAYPAL, and Indonesian local bank (IDR) via BNI and MANDIRI.
10. NO refund or cancel after I start the commission process.
11. You will receive the completed, unwatermarked, full resolution of your commission via the email address you provided or account you've contacted me.
12. You're allowed to upload the commission to your gallery as long as credit for the artwork is given to me.
13. A smaller, watermarked copy of your commission will be posted online publicly.
14. I’m allowed to use it as my portfolio, tell me if you’d like your commission to be private (free).
15. I may cancel/reject the order if I feel like I’m not able to do it.
